We were tasked with producing the French Olympic campaign commercial for Always, and bringing back Hélène de Pourtalès, the first female Olympian to win a gold metal. We did this through our proprietary Deepfake method of creating synthetic training data, as well as a slew of traditional Visual Effects. We shot the commercial in a parking lot in order to capture natural sunlight.
We used Cinema 4D for the ocean simulation and did the comp in both After Effects and Nuke.
